How long does the Courier take and cost?
Courier – Will be by The Courier Guy countrywide – Cost is R85.00
Order will be received within 1 – 7 working days.
Collection Option – I am based in Assagay, Kwa-Zulu Natal and If you live in the region and want to collect your order you will be able to by selecting the collection tab when doing payment. Orders for collection will be ready within 1-3 days. You will be notified via email when your order is ready and will be given the address via email.
How does your stock work and when can we expect New Stock?
Just Jackie offers a range of stock that is affordable and moves with the current trends.
The stock is carefully selected from a wide range and some of the items are also handmade. Once my stock is finished, it’s sold out and I cannot guarantee that I will be able to refill the same stock.
New stock every 3 – 4 weeks.
How do I do Payment?
I would prefer you make use of the online payment option, I use Payfast which is an easy, secure, and instant transfer.
Should you rather make payment via EFT you can contact me for banking details.
Shipment will be done once payment is reflecting in the bank account.
Will you be able to Return your Items?
There will be no refunding on any items purchased.
